Brewing: Merlot is de-stemmed and crushed, then alcoholic fermented in open tanks for 16 days. Gently pressed and aged in wooden barrels for 9 months. Semi-macerated
Muscat Bailey A, which has been fermented on carbonic for 16 days and then aged in wooden barrels for 9 months, is blended before bottling.

As this wine is unfiltered and unclarified, sediment may form, but this does not affect the quality. Please store at temperatures below 15 degrees.
