Harvest:  2nd half of September

Vinification:  So-called natural wine, that is to say vinified without added oenological product, not even sulfites. Fermented and aged in a terracotta amphora.

Tasting:  With a beautiful and frank minerality, this dry white wine will surprise you with its balance. Between the tension and the fruit, its freshness, its vivacity and its length are always present. And each vintage has its own unique aromatic palette. Like any natural wine.
