Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in barrels. Then aging in a real solera. No contact with an electric machine. No oenological products.

Tasting: Naturally sweet oxidative wine.

Food and wine pairings: Fruit dessert.

Conservation:  time is not to be feared. Totally made to be aged
