Type of wine: sweet natural wine without added sulfites

Grape varieties:  100% Petit Manseng

Harvest: manual and late – first half of November

Vinification: Fermentation in 25-litre demijohns, and outdoors, for a period of 3 to 4 years. No contact with an electrical machine. No oenological products.

Tasting: Naturally sweet oxidative wine.

Food and wine pairings: Can add a toasted touch to a dessert, or be one in itself.

Conservation: time is not to be feared. Totally made to be aged
