Syrah harvested on 20/08/2020, spontaneously fermented whole clusters (semi carbonic maceration) in barrels, 6 days of skin contact, racked and aged between stainless steel and two old barrels (225l each) until bottling 19/06/2021. No clarification and filtration, no additives at any stage.
