The latest Mixed-Culture project is a Golden Ale featuring black sour cherries. It’s called Speck Of Dust. Pouring a stunning, vivid garnet hue with notes jammy cherry dominating, but a subtle intonation of earth and brett can be detected underneath. The sour cherries bring a sharp and cutting acidity to the first sip with a lasting feeling on the back of the palate that makes you go back for more.
